Our Corporate Outplacement Programs provide a comprehensive career search strategy designed to meet the needs of those in transition. Through compassion, active listening and discussions, our experienced counselors conduct a needs analysis to determine where each individual is in the career transition process. Our role is to help you identify your goals at this time of your life and to provide you with the resources necessary to deal with this transition as easily and successfully as possible.
Our Corporate Outplacement Programs are PRIVATE. Candidates are never required to attend multi-organizational group seminars. Every consultation and meeting is private – One on One.We will never substitute weekly meetings with virtual, remote or group seminars. Candidates are provided with our consultant’s cell phone number to address any concerns they may have at any time during the process.
