This program teaches participants ways to defuse destructive conflict, and use personal differences and strengths to actually enhance their organization. This program pays a great amount of attention to listening and questioning skills. The approach is Hegelian, in that participants learn to understand their opponent’s points of view as well as they understand their own. Such mutual understanding often diffuses difficult conflict immediately.
