This powerful combination of learning tools gives participants a strong sense of effective team styles/practices. It provides an opportunity to define how others view their skill level against effective practices. The activities used are problem-solving and communication-oriented, not physically challenging. By surfacing critical team issues, their effectiveness and productivity will improve.
Results include building trust, communication, motivation and identifying specific strategies to create a strong team. Action plans are developed that will determine what each team member can do differently to increase team productivity back on the job.
